Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we no longer have control over it. Therefore, Sophia Belle Boutique does not cover losses or take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information regularly and contacting the carrier directly if any issues arise.

Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! Simply contact us at info@sophiabelleboutique.com, and our friendly team will gladly assist you with an exchange.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you find the perfect fit and style to make you feel amazing. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. Also, be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sophia Belle Boutique. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, a small restocking fee may apply to returned items. Our team will provide you with the necessary details during the return process.

Address Changes and Order Cancellations:

This speedy process ensures you receive your products promptly but also limits the time we have to make changes to shipping addresses or cancel orders.
